It’s a weird title, I know, but Slow is actually the name of a little restaurant on University Avenue west of campus. Rumor has it that a chef from the famous high-end Berkeley restaurant Chez Panisse realized that high end food was way too out of price-range for the average person, so he left and started Slow to serve delicious food at affordable prices.
