easter sonrise service

Happy Resurrection Day (yesterday)! At our church, we had a Sonrise Service at 7 a.m., which is actually quite a bit after sunrise, but, hey, sleep is important, too. The speaker put it nicely when he was explaining why Sonrise Service is so important. Because as surely as the sun rises in the east every morning, so we can be confident in the salvation we have thanks to our Savior, the Son of God!

Attended and listened to an Easter sermon. It was by the church’s Youth minister. Actually, not bad. “God will meet you on your terms” — interesting interpretation of the disciples’ reactions to Christ’s resurrection.
