{boston} amazing giacomo’s italian fare
January 8, 2013
Happy Birthday Junie!
Before heading to Boston, I made sure to look up online a bunch of different places to eat. Since I’m not really that much of a food person, I don’t keep a mental tab of good/bad places that I’ve eaten. One of the places listed over and over again online was Giacomo’s. My sister also recommended it since she makes frequent trips from NYC to Boston to visit friends.
I have to give the people recommending Giacomo’s credit. This Italian restaurant really is quite amazing. All the sauces were rich and delicious. All the dishes were also very flavorful, which made each bite worth it and filled with fresh seafood, too. I’m totally in love with this place and need to try really hard to remember the name of the restaurant so I can go back there next time I’m in Boston!

Welcome!

Crusty bread

Seafood Pesto Penne

Shrimp and Scallops with white sauce

Gnocchi Special

Butternut Squash Ravioli
yay! im glad you liked it!! was there a long wait?
no, not that long, which was really good. the only bad thing is that we were seated near the door so it got really cold every time someone came in or out of the door
I haven’t been in a couple of years…glad to hear it is still good.
Omg these look delish (except the gnocchi, I don’t like red sauce) but olive Italian! Making me hungry!! I can only dream to make it out to east coast one day with family…such a far trip from me (Hawaii) =]
oh my gosh my mouth is watering as i recall the magic in my mouth!!
