{seattle} market for the public

July 13, 2015

Over the time, I got the chance to take a short trip to Seattle and Portland. It was a quick 4-day trip with my sister, but pretty fun despite us trying to make it as low budget as possible and heading out far from the city itself.

Our first stop was Seattle. We stayed in the Green Tortoise Hostel, which might have been our best find. This hostel was located literally next door to the Pike Place Market, perhaps Seattle’s most famous tourist spot. This made seeing all the spots on our TO DO list super easy. Speaking of the Pike Place Market, I’ve dedicated this first Seattle post to all the fun sights and smells (I wish) of the market. For smell, just imagine fresh fish cooling on ice. For sights, well you can see them here.
