{seattle} great waterfront

July 19, 2015

One of the most important aspects of Seattle is that it is a working harbor. The city is all about its waterfront. If you’re here at the right time of year you might even be able to see whales migrating north-south or south-north. Despite, obviously, not having seen any whales, I’m still a fan of modernized waterfronts that take care to make sure that the man-made aspects of the city help accentuate the natural beauty of where water meets land. Take a look at Seattle’s changing waterfront that (at this point) is overrun with construction, but will soon be amazing, I’m sure!
