{seattle} cheesy beecher’s

July 23, 2015

Another famous Pike Place Market establishment is Beecher’s Handmade Cheese. Beecher’s actually has two locations: one in New York City’s Flatiron District and another in Seattle’s Pike Place Market. Beecher’s in unique because they boast handmade cheeses. You know this to be true because just walking by this place in Seattle you can see all the people making the cheese right there in front of you. I’m a huge fan of Beecher’s fresh cheese curds, which they have for sampling and sell by the tub … think super fresh mozzarella if you’re not sure what cheese curds are. Just putting away a few sample wasn’t enough for me though so my sister and I decided to try one of their original grilled cheese sandwiches. It was made fresh and super hot when they called our name. I just love how gooey the cheese was as I was eating! Yum!
