{seattle} station on king st

August 11, 2015

We’ve come to the end of our Seattle trip! Even though my sister and I flew in, we decided to Amtrak it down to Portland for the next portion of our short trip. I feel like we actually saw a lot while in Seattle even though we didn’t venture out far. Altogether, we kept our budget down and still managed to see and eat a lot. Those are always the best kind of trips.

To catch the Amtrak, we headed over to the King Street Station on the edge of Seattle’s International District. It’s a beautiful old building though I’ve never seen so many people get in line to get their Amtrak seat assignments before. No complaints here though. See you in Portland!
