{singapore} sentosa’s feels

October 24, 2015

Sentosa Island is essentially a tiny island located just south of Singapore. It’s connected via bridge and is a super popular tourist and resort place because it’s home to Singapore’s Universal Studios. I decided that Sentosa Island would definitely be worth the visit because, well, why not? And besides, it’s an island and who doesn’t love visiting an island? The cheapest way for me to get to Sentosa was taking the MRT and then walking across the Boardwalk. It just so happened that it was free that day so, yay! Upon making my way over the island, I got a little lost in all the paths and greenery, but eventually found my way over to the more popular areas where Universal Studios is located. It just so happened that it was super early so there weren’t that many people around.

After a while of wandering around, I was able to find the Sentosa Express (train), which helped me get from the resort side over to the beach! Along the way though, there was lots of art, the Sentosa Merlion, and even more greenery. What a treat!
