{singapore} southern-most point

October 31, 2015

Did you know that the southern-most point of Continental Asia is in Singapore? In fact, the southern-most point of Continental Asia is actually on Sentosa Island? Let me explain. See, Malaysia is connected to Singapore by a causeway bridge. Singapore is connected to Sentosa Island by a boardwalk. Sentosa Island is connected to a tiny island just to its south by a suspension rope bridge. This means that this tiny island is actually connected to Continental Asia, which means that all of these pictures (coming up) were taken at the southern-most point of Continental Asia. Now that’s definitely not a place you visit everyday!
