{sf} along the embarcadero

December 14, 2015

The Embarcadero is part of what makes San Francisco famous! The Embarcadero is along the eastern side of the city, home to the Port of San Francisco. While some of the piers are still functioning as piers, this is not the case for every one. Some of them have turned into office buildings. Others are kind of just standing there. In any case, while it’s a long walk along the Embarcadero, it’s actually quite the experience to head north all the way from the famous Ferry Building and see not only so very many piers, but various islands and bridges, too. My favorite part is always seeing the boats and ships go by.
