{taipei} hot + cold dessert time

February 21, 2016

After our goose meal, we, of course, needed some dessert. We headed over across the street to a famous dessert place that I’ve actually been to before. This place is great because it serves hot and cold desserts for your pleasure. On the hot side, they have freshly-made mochi balls that they then cover in peanuts. On the cold side, they have ice desserts that you can add toppings like boba, red beans, green beans, among others. The mochi balls here are famous because they’re so big and you know that they’re fresh because they pull them out of the giant wok right in front of you! Yum! What a traditional treat!
