{paso robles} fish gaucho eats

June 30, 2016

Fish Guacho is what you get when you mix California with Mexico. Baja California-inspired food with a shot of tequila. Fish Gaucho California Mexican & Tequila Bar is all about delicious Mexican food with a local and more healthy bent because most of the Mexican food we find here in the States is super rich and drenched in rich sauces. Instead, imagine Jalapeño Tater Tots, Ahi Quinoa Salad, and Shrimp Mole Enchiladas and that’s the exact meal we got when we visited Fish Gaucho during our stay in Paso Robles. While I was slightly underwhelmed with the food, I quite liked the atmosphere of the place as well as the pretty and creative drinks. Next time I’m in downtown Paso Robles, I’m not sure I would make it back here again, but still, creative food does seem to be where this place is headed.
