{paso robles} panolivo benedicts

July 2, 2016

Do you love Eggs Benedict? I love Effs Benedict especially when the Hollandaise sauce is perfectly light. Before we left Paso Robles, we stopped in at Panolivo Family Bistro for a departing Eggs Benedict brunch. They have a bunch of options here, but we tried both the Florentine Eggs Benedict and the Crab Eggs Benedict. Both came with hash browns and homemade bread, which reflects all the French-style pastries that the chef is also into making. The Eggs Benedicts were pretty good but nothing to write home about I guess though the crab chunks were quite substantial!
